Taking Inventory

When is the last time you cleaned out your freezer and took inventory of everything in it?  I think the last time I did was about a year ago.  A couple of days ago I discovered my freezer held enough food for us to probably eat for probably a month without having to go to the grocery store (except for produce and milk)!  I still need to tackle the pantry and see what it holds.  You should take a freezer/pantry challenge sometime.  It will save you money and the time and hassle of having to go to the grocery store!
