Menu Plan- October 10

The menu this week is lacking a little bit. We've been out of town and I just haven't gotten it together. I know we're having lemon and rosemary chicken stew. And that's about it. I don't even think we have any lunch foods at home! So, we'll see what I'm able to throw together this week.

What I'm Doing

Since school started back in September my computer time has been greatly reduced. My organizing kick I was on is now almost non-exisistant. And I just can't seem to get all the laundry put away. We're on our way to a family reunion this weekend in Waycross, Ga so nothing will get done at home. But that's okay. If we can keep the toys out of the living room, then, that's a success in my book! Not sure if I'll get a menu done for this week or not. We'll see. If I do I'll be back Sunday to post it.

Menu Plan- Oct. 3

Here's what we're eating this week.

Monday- dinner at our fav Mexican restaurant, just because we haven't been in awhile.
Tuesday- Chicken Soup with Latin flavors
Wednesday- dinner at church
Thursday- leftover soup
Friday- we're headed out of town for a family reunion, so we'll be eating out all weekend.
